It's Easter time again. The time of eating "monas" (typical pastry of the season), flying kites, dusting off skipping ropes, religious processions and yes, the long-awaited holidays. As we're enjoying a lovely mild weather, we've decided to make a quick trip to the Albufera. For many reasons, some of them will be revealed next, it's a plan we strongly recommend. It's good, beautiful and cheap and besides it's just a few minutes away from the city. What more could you ask for?
